The hotel's location was particularly good close to the movie theater. Modern and brand-new room, it included a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and tea and coffee making equipment. All of the staff was outstandingly accommodating and pleasant.

Everything there were great, including overall nicefacilities. The queen room we stayed in was large with a handicapped toilet. Our location was marvellous and good close to downtown.

The room at Studio 6 was reasonably priced and excellent. the location is great, in a nice area not far from a deserted shopping mall and theater.

This place has a clean and tidy vibe, and the staff here are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty spacious and come at a reasonable price too. The building is nice and the rooms even have a fridge to store your snacks and drinks 🥤. It only cost me $66 for the night, so it was a good deal.

We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were fairly clean, and the staff was awesome and incredibly accommodating. The location was convenient, being within walking distance to the old Crossroads Mall and Fairfield Inn by Marriott.

The location was great, just a short walk to theaters, restaurants, and the old Crossroads Mall. My queen room had modern conveniences like climate control and a TV. The staff was friendly throughout my entire stay.

Front desk employee, Kierra< when we checked in. Requested 3rd floor or above and she told me the third floor was blocked, so she put us on the second floor next to the elevator. My wife went back to teh desk and said we wanted a different room away from the elevator and Kierra said the hotel was full and she could not move us. It was 3PM and very few people in hotel. I went and told Kierrra we would like to move to a room away from elevator and after much looking at computer sher assigned us a room right next to the first one. I told her I wanted a room away from the elevator, either high or low numbers but not middle numbers. I asked about he third floor rooms being blocked and she said they were for customers requesting those rooms or advance reservations. I said we had these reservations for about a month so I could not understand her logic. Finally, she admitted they did not have housekeeping staff because of the weather and the rooms were just being cleaned. I told her I could wait. Amazingly, she found a room on the third floor away from the elevator. THIS LADY HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Seems she was just talking but not saying anything. We will not be back.

The staff was very friendly. The room was new-fashioned. Everything was excellent. There were climate control and multi-channel television in the room, loved that. Fantastic service, just what we needed. Easy parking and heated pool were available.

The staff were excellent and affable. It was in a marvelous location near the Texas Roadhouse restaurant, which is a plus.
